The art of working with surface areas and spaces
Controlling the recording of surface areas is an important task in facility management, and MainManager has solutions for it. It is possible to link different kinds of surface areas with each space and, likewise, space usage. This makes possible the production of reports for each asset and across assets. Likewise, it is possible to link organisational units and percentage figures for usage with each space, i.e., who owns, and who rents. It is possible to link equipment and system components with spaces. MainManager can be used with ground plans (CAD) as a basis for inspection of a surface area and equipment, as well as definition of cleaning services, etc.
