Number of possible reports in MainManager and "dashboard"

All the data in MainManager can be included in reports or graphs. Reports can be with or without graphs showing trends or presented as graphs in real time. Inspection reports are also presented with figures providing a good overview for parties having to make decisions and prioritise particular aspects.   It is important in facility management to define measurements for service performance. Doing so clarifies the intention of support services, which can then therefore be measured. The conclusions of such measurements are usually presented on a "dashboard". The dashboard has the same function as the dashboard in a car, which shows the status at each moment. Performance measurements are referred to as key performance indicators (KPI) and are usually referred to in service agreements (SLA).  Examples of KPI in MainManager:

  • Number of deviations after service inspections
  • Response time
  • Repair time
  • Customer satisfaction
  • Number of complaints
  • Number of praises
  • .....
