Cost plan over a longer or shorter term/lifetime analysis

A cost plan can be prepared in many ways. Cost breakdowns can be done by type of operation, discipline, work number, property, service agreement, etc. In MainManager we want the costs linked to the subjects involved each time. We want to know which costs are related to flooring, roof, exterior walls, service agreements, etc.  Thus, we can, for example, compare the lifetime of building components across the asset portfolio. We can prepare long-term plans based, for example, on a lifetime analysis or operating plans for each year.  It is also simple to prepare a maintenance plan, based on specialists' inspections.

A lifetime analysis is also possible in MainManager.
